Erfan Farahmand

I am a native Swedish man of 33 years, and am looking for better job opportunities in Valencia (preferably)!

My strongest skill is communication! I am a so called ‘peoples person’ and can level up with basically anyone, and meet them at their level.

I speak better Swedish than the average Swede due to me completing all possible courses in Swedish and even took an extra course in rhetoric. The same goes with English. I have completed all possible courses and even completed the final Cambridge Examination (which allows me to work as a teacher). I am also fluent in Farsi and posses basic knowledge of; Danish, Norwegian and Spanish.

I have +9 years experience within customer service and administration. +5 years experience as a X-ray technician and nurse. I have also experience within; translating and working as a project informant.

I am extremely ambitious, and have been working since I was 15 years old.

I have 2 Bachelors degrees and 1 higher level education in Construction and anti mold specialist.

I would say that I am highly intelligent, aware and conscious when I work, regardless of the environmental factors. I have easy to learn new things and adapt to new environments.

My passion lies within this line of work, because I get the opportunity to use my strongest attributes, which is; Communication!

While I studied at the university, I also worked simultaneously at a Call Center for Sykes. I enjoy doing this and that led me to be promoted to Costumer Service Manager, where my duties included teaching others how to go about in order to solve the costumers issues in the best way possible.

I earned +4.000 EUR/month, while working at Sahlgrenska hospital, but I chose to leave the boring, conventional Swedish lifestyle and chose to earn a bit less, but have a enjoyable lifestyle instead. I do not regret anything though, as there re things that can not be bought with money!

In regards to my previous work experience and my personal attributes; I can state with good confidence; that I am flexible, easy to work with, social and able to do pretty much everything.

Because of my extensive experience within costumer service (which resulted in my communication and my simultaneously abilities to extend and become more confrontational to both the company I WORKED FOR and also for my colleagues - as I was now able to help and assist others, while doing my own work too.

I am looking forward to a meeting/interview with you, in order for you to get to know me better, but also for me to get a greater insight into the company and the position I will be working at.
