My professional jorney, in the past five years, has been marked with outstanding archievements and contributions. In my position as Head of Delivery Management at Knowmad Mood (formerly atSistemas), I was responsible in the creation of the Delivery department, the enhancement of corporate strategy and the improvement of customer service quality. Furthermore, I optimised project and service processes, which led to an astounding 30% decrease in project deviation estimates.

During my thirteen years at Goal Systems, I increased annual revenues by as Head of PMO. I created strategic alliances and managed foreign account with success. I oversaw as well the sales department's and projects methodology implementation during this time.
