I have more than four years of experience in customer service, mainly in a face to face situation, working in hospitality sector. In this role, I´ve been working as supervisor and assistant manager for companies such as Byron or Wahaca Restaurant in London, UK. I´ve been solving complaints, working with other departments and looking for a solution for our customers. I am used to deal with these situations in English, but I am also able to speak in German and Spanish (which is my mother tongue).
I consider myself a person with a particular background. I´ve been working in Germany and England, in sport TV Shows as video editor or like assistant producer. I am able to adapt to any environment, to any team, and always willing to help and learn.
I´ve studied for 7 years. I got egree in Journalism in University of Seville FCOM (2009-2014) and Higher Technician in Audio-visual and Show Production in IES La Granja, Jerez (2007-2009)
