● Direct assistance and support to the Partners in administrative tasks ● Strict monitoring of client documentation to prevent money laundering. Responsible for annual audits ● Contribute to the development of the Insulaw International network ● Collaborate with the IT team on the design and management of the Insulaw and Azsure websites ● Draft the Declaration of Intentions and Code of Ethics for the websites ● Collaborate with Insulaw's international offices to coordinate network marketing efforts ● Successfully processed nationality, residency and Golden Visa applications for clients ● Management of agendas across time zones. Control of inboxes, filtering and answering emails ● Organizing meetings, seminars and events in Spain and abroad ● Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, videoconference and calls setup ● Handling logistical itineraries of national and international travels, flight bookings, hotel reservations and visa arrangements ● Attending meetings and drafting minutes for the attendees ● Create and edit presentations, newsletters, brochures and invitations ● Reception and filtering of international calls, transferring, receive call messages ● Formatting and translating contracts, legal reports, proposals, agreements and settlements ● Prepare and organize documentation to present in court (page numbering, printing) ● Introduce the information of new matters in a legal program. Create and organize physical case files ● Welcome and assist high profile clients ● Support all the team through administrative management ● Handling suppliers and purchases for the office ● Manage and control office administrative expenses and budgets ● Database maintenance and updates, including data entry, cleaning, and ensuring data accuracy ● Physical and electronic archiving of records ● Assist partners with personal tasks (personal reservations, appointments)
