Activités et associations : HRM: Well-being & People technologies This specialization’s goal is to train international managers with organizational and managerial competences of people’s performances. To achieve this goal, we must adopt an in-house work methodology that requires the use of quantitative and qualitative tools to support each managerial decision. This specialization works in international Smes but also in internationally recognized companies.
Students meet at the crossroads of contemporary business challenges: change, talent management, diversity, international development, information systems and human performance measurement
Qualitative and quantitative methodological input is central. Students conduct field studies and build practical case studies The specialization is dedicated to training HR transformation managers, managers, auditors and trainers who are able to guarantee the commitment of employees in a changing world.
The specialization is multidisciplinary and involves various fields of science: Management, Law, Neurosciences, New technologies, Psychology, Ergonomics.
