I would like to be considered for the position of french customer service as I believe I possess the appropriate skills like :

• Empathy, i’m abilitate to understand another person’s emotions and understand their point of view.
• Positive language, in general the customer contact you because he has a problem so you need to resolve it with positivity to reassure the customer.
• Clear communication, the customer in general need to have a clear answer and communication with and vocabulary understood by all.

i’m looking for a job to give me a chance to prove my abilities. My objective being to have a new skills and grow in a challenging environnement.
