In my role, I work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth and timely patient journey, from referral to follow-up, across various specialities and services. I use data skills to monitor and report on the performance and quality of the pathways, identify and resolve any bottlenecks or delays, and support continuous improvement initiatives. I am motivated by the opportunity to improve patient outcomes and experiences, and to contribute to the excellence and innovation of the NHS.

I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having lived and studied in various countries and cultures, and I have a keen interest in healthcare and social issues.
