I am a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has recently completed my GCSEs and am looking to build a career in Marketing through an apprenticeship. During a work experience placement at Affinity Legal, I contributed ideas that the firm put into practice, including a recommendation to rebuild their website, which gave me a real, practical taste of how marketing decisions get made in a business. I have a particular passion for content creation, especially video and enjoy understanding how creative ideas can engage audiences and help businesses grow.

Cricket has helped me build teamwork, communication and discipline, and I bring that same commitment and work ethic to my professional development. I'm eager to bring this initiative, creativity and reliability to a marketing apprenticeship.

Work Experience Placement - Affinity Legal Limited

• Built an understanding of the law industry and the firm's current marketing approach by shadowing staff, learning the client journey and reviewing the firm's existing website and communications
• Carried out a full review of the firm's website, identified weaknesses in its content and user experience and recommended a rebuild, a proposal the firm went on to implement
• Audited the firm's presence across social media platforms, checking profile completeness, branding consistency and activity levels, then fed the findings into a wider content strategy
• Developed a content strategy including several original content ideas such as a weekly video content plan and built a monthly content calendar template for the firm to use
• Supported a client review outreach campaign by helping organise and clean the client contact database and drafted outreach templates used to request Google reviews
• Completed free industry-recognised courses (Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy) covering digital marketing and social media fundamentals
