In my role as a Senior Learning Specialist at Currys plc, I lead a collaborated effort to design and implement innovative learning solutions that engaged and upskilled over 38,000 colleagues. I successfully managed the rollout of a new selling framework to 12,000 colleagues, enhancing their skills and aligning with strategic priorities.
Own the end-to-end design management of each learning commission, including identifying innovative learning tools and technologies to create immersive learning experiences. A large part of my role is to project manage all learning commissions across the organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders to agree on objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, timescales, and resources.
Establish and mange a wide range of external supplier partnerships to execute key transformational and cost-effective learning initiatives that align to our culture and values This includes the sourcing and procurement of multiple content partners to meet our current and future skills gaps that aligns with our future business growth strategies.
Completed my CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development
