Senior MEP Manager, lifecycle of MEP Project Management
Senior Building Services Manager (MEP) with 35+ years' experience delivering major MEP packages for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors across commercial CAT A/B f it‑outs, high‑end residential, healthcare, education, and public‑sector projects. Strong technical leadership with full lifecycle capability from pre‑construction and design assurance through installation, commissioning, handover, and post‑completion defects management. Proven track record driving subcontractor performance, resolving design and coordination issues, and maintaining programme, quality, and statutory compliance.
Experienced in weekly progress meetings, client interface sessions, monthly reporting, and technical governance reviews. Skilled in commissioning leadership, witnessing schedules, O&M/As‑Built deliverables, Building Control coordination, snagging/de‑snagging, and supporting Practical Completion. Highly experienced collaborating with leading MEP consultants & MEP Specialist Contractors, including Atkins, Ramboll, MTT, Flatt, Hilson Moran, Hoare Lea, WSP, Arup, Hawern, and Buro Happold.
