About
I am a second-year undergraduate at Warwick University, studying History and Politics. I am currently taking a gap year and am looking for full-time or part-time work in the retail sector or with a leading customer services organisation. My experience of work and volunteering has enabled me to develop highly effective customer service and communication skills, to work effectively in teams and to organise my own work and that of others.
Having worked in the public, private and charity sectors I have developed the ability to empathise with and respond to the needs of customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and to be effective in a wide range of situations and circumstances, often working under pressure.

- Conducted door-to-door residential sales for charities and businesses. This allowed me to gain experience in selling direct to customers to develop my communication and organisation skills and to demonstrate personal resilience and determination.
- Lead and organised campaigns and conferences on issues affecting young people in Trafford, including: Environmental damage, mental health awareness, homelessness, and knife crime. Developed skills and experience in logistics, crisis management, safeguarding and communication with the public, working with charities and other young people to organise workshops and political education.
