Working for a reputable construction consultancy as a graduate quantity surveyor/employers agent, predominantly working on industrial and residential projects in excess of £1,000,000. My role was to help support project directors and report back to partners and clients advising on project costs and budgets.

Responsible for managing and working on number of schemes within the water industry, ensuring monthly valuations, internal cost reports and applications for payment have been processed. I have proven myself to work in a busy team effectively, managing costs relating to civil engineering projects. Helping to monitor current and future costs across a number of projects and enhancing value for money.

I would regularly chair pre-contract meetings with clients and subcontractors ensuring clarity of the scope of works and contract data.
