• Logging and resolving BAU's calls through ticketing system and working under specified SLA
• Configuring outlook, shared folders, Calendars, Network drives and Printers in user's new laptop/desktop
• Building and upgrading desktops and laptops on to win10 with O365
• Manage user Active Directory account also troubleshoot printer issues including replacement of toners.
• Migrating user data and helping them in 1st time sign on.
• Supporting Android handsets, using Microsoft Intune.
• Resolving ‘Cisco AnyConnect client’ issues also resolve remote connectivity issues.
• Update process documentation and report all activities during the project.
