Customer assistance - NISA LOCAL - Bognor Regis, West Sussex
(2020-03)
Visitor - BARNHAM PRIMARY SCHOOL - Barnham, West Sussex
(2020-01)
At the primary school I had to label files, excel work, stock take, supported the teachers in their classroom and had the duty of customer service – working on their reception, welcoming visitors and dealing with their queries. This job required early mornings and to be able to take up on any role you are given and give it a go even you're unsure at first.
Housekeeping cleaner - BUTLINS - Bognor Regis, West Sussex
(2019-10 - 2019-12)
Butlins housekeepers are responsible for preparing Butlins accommodation to the highest standards, making sure their accommodation is clean and fault free and that the guests have a fantastic arrival experience. I had the responsibility of examining rooms and ensuring that they are spotless by the end of the day. In the morning there was a time limit of 1 hour, where all the beds had to be stripped down to then move forward with the cleaning.
I made sure to try my hardest to achieve 4 rooms for that day to ensure that the later customers who are going to be using those rooms to maintain a welcoming environment for them and that their hotel standards are met. This job required early morning starts, I was required to work alone on the majority of occasions which meant I had to deal with issues when they arose, report those issues and communicate with my manager to ensure that these issues could be reduced in the future to improve efficiency.
