During the three years I have spent in Coventry university, I learned how to properly work on my deadlines. In addition, the course has taught me how to be an efficient leader and how being a leader is different from being a manager, as managers delegate tasks, leaders offer support and works alongside their team, and I feel as if I can be a good leader in the future, as I see myself as a very supportive individual that works well with others. I would also say that I have been able to handle working under tight deadlines as I have been able to do online exams for my course that had to be done in a day.
Other assignments I have been able to complete before the deadline got closer An achievement I would say that I have accomplished was receiving a nomination from one of my lecturers for an active participation award during lectures.
