A university student looking for part time work.

My experience in retail with The Works, as a sales assistant, allowed me to strengthen my customer service skills by understanding the company's products so as to be ready with any queries. I engaged in conversations with customers to ensure they received the best recommendations and enjoyed their shopping experience. Through merchandising, making orders of balloons, and till service, I learnt to multitask effectively, and time manage as on many occasions I would singularly be on the shop floor.

I was beginning to understand the responsibilities of a key-holder and was shown how to cash up at the end of the working day, but my age restricted this promotion left The Works to focus on my A-level exams. My unemployment over the last year was also subsequent to focusing on higher education; my first year of my University degree

Straight 7,8,9‘s at GCSE level in including English literature and language , Maths and Triple science. At A-level i received grades in History , English Literature and Biology. Currently studying an undergraduate degree for English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Chichester.
