I am a qualified proofreader and also write in the field of beverage/ wine.

I have worked in the hospitality industry at the high end for over 20 years, most recently as the director of two companies.

I have a law degree from the University of Birmingham, in addition to a masters degree in International Security.

I have a qualification in proofreading and editing from the College of Media and Publishing.

I am a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, in addition to being a sake sommelier. I was also named one of the most influential women in hospitality in 2022.
