I am a self-motivated and reliable member of staff. I am dedicated to my position and the responsibilities that come with it. I am honest, reliable, flexible and punctual. The various roles I have undertaken have provided me with positive development, which in turn have promoted me to further my development within management roles.
This can be shown through the continued promotion within my roles in the Derby Lodge. As a member of the management team within the kitchen, I feel that my authority is respected. I work well as a member of a team also autonomously showing willingness and initiative.

2019 - Present, Head Chef / Team Leader Southport Hospital. My duties include the responsibility of the kitchen staff, managing the rotas, food Ordering, and stock control whilst also preparing and cooking food, maintaining hygiene. And giving feed back to my Catering Manager.
