Our family is relocating near to beautiful, Alford Aberdeenshire and can’t wait to become one of the community.

I have been in the customer service industry, face to face or call centre since leaving school. I am a people person and love helping general public and going that extra mile.

From leaving school at 16yrs I went into the hairdressing industry till the age of 21.

Then a couple of security/Cargo jobs as these were temporary as my dream job was becoming Cabin Crew, which I managed and had 17yrs with different airlines, such as Manx , BA and Flybe.

I then liked the idea of assisting people over the phone instead of face to face.

This incorporated with industries of energy and banking- general and then fraud.

I am a wife/mum of 3 who enjoys her family and life.

I am a highly motivated individual possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with over 4 years of experience in a call centre environment. I am a very goal orientated person who strives to surpass expectations and deliver outstanding results in all aspects of my work. The challenges that arise in the dynamic world of the customer service industry thus provide the ideal opportunity in which to apply and showcase my skills.
