A level 7 CIPD qualified HR Leader and Business Partner with over fifteen years’ experience in strategic and operational HR in a variety of HR generalist, specialist and strategic partnering roles within global commercial, STEM, matrix and public sector organizations. A self-motivated and commercially focused HR professional capable of leading HR Teams and partnering with senior leadership teams to deliver effective people objectives and designing innovative people solutions.
I have over 10 years’ experience as a HR Generalist and Strategic Business Partner with over 20 years’ experience in general management. As a passionate HR professional, I have had the opportunity to work for several organisations across manufacturing, engineering, logistics and further education in positions that have made me highly effective in adding value to businesses by giving practical hands-on advice that supports and empowers managers and employees to achieve their goals.

I completed my CIPD Level 7 in 2017 and graduated from Southampton University in 2003 with 2/1 BA Hons Degree. More recently I have completed training qualifications in safeguarding, sexual harassment and safer recruitment.
