have been working as a CSS at yodel for a year now and have been able to acquire transferable skills such as problem-solving skills, deescalating issues, managerial skills form monitoring and giving drivers feedback on a daily bases.
I am currently completing a CIPD level 3 diploma in human resource and people management, it is going well so far and will be completed by November 2022
