I am a very meticulous and hard working person, who likes to achieve goals that have been set by myself or others and doing this in a timely and professional manner, with great attention to detail.
Relocating to Cyprus gave me a new challenge in a new country, which was a wonderful experience working with different cultures and language, as well as learning a lot about the package holiday side of the tourism industry.
Customer service will always be my primary interest, especially face to face contact, being able to provide a memorable service that the customers can take with them. I also pride myself in being able to initiate a fun working environment, even in stressful times.
I also have almost 30 years working experience as a Graphic Designer which I still use whenever I can.
I worked as (senior) cabin crew for over 13 years, and with Frankie & Benny's as manager for coming up for 9 years. Most of my working life I have been involved with customer service, face to face, which I enjoy most.
I have recently completed an HNC in management, level 8, which has taught me even more about handling situations, especially difficult ones. The training I had with both easyJet and Jet2 however taught me how to handle situations in confined spaces.
