About
I am a Lead UX Researcher and have delivered projects throughout each stage of the agile delivery process.
I have worked in government under GDS principles and have been a cross-government assessor.
I have also gained experience as a Research Ops Lead, where I was responsible for creating processes that improve the speed and efficiency Kof the research team.
