Responsible for making sure that the online orders are fully fulfilled by the pickers and helping with the picking if needed to make sure orders are ready for delivery. Making sure that drivers have loaded their vans and helping were necessary to ensure that drivers are dispatched on time. Completing rotas for both drivers and pickers.
Checking and reporting van issues to make sure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner and that there is no interruption to service. Ensuring that department goals are met and liaising with management to keep them updated of any issues. Helping in order areas of the store as and when required.
