As well as this I also have experience in dealing with customer complaints and I am able to work quickly to diffuse any situation. I currently work at Yogi Bar at the McArthur Glen designer outlet. I started in March and really enjoy the atmosphere, team support and experience I've gained. My role includes till operation, cash handling, debit card machine operation, stock control, refuse disposal, food waste disposal, sanitisation, order fulfilment, upselling, cleaning, good time management and finally good customer service.
