I’m a Senior Account Director with 10 years experience working in account management, sales and community roles. I pride myself in being able to build meaningful relationships with my clients, where I am able to provide impactful advice that makes a difference to their marketing strategies and businesses. In my recent role as Commercial Director at Curated, I oversaw all aspect of client retention and growth and my leadership saw the agency revenue grow by 157% primarily through up and cross-selling.
I’m an empathetic but firm leader and I am well equipped to manage portfolios exceeding £1.75m and teams of 10-25. I have experience building and scaling up teams, maximising output through a blend of employees, freelancers, contractors and suppliers/agencies.
I have over 10 years of experience in account management, sales and marketing roles, blending client management, business development, and strategic leadership. Most recently, I served as Commercial Director at Curated Digital, where I was responsible for client relationships, retention, and growth. During my time in this role, I increased agency revenue by 157%, primarily through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Prior to my role at Curated Digital, I held positions as an Interim Head of Marketing at an EdTech startup, Head of Forum Membership & Marketing Manager at Helm Co, and PR Account Manager at Definition PR. These diverse roles have equipped me with a broad skill set and a deep understanding of various industries.
As a leader, I take an empathetic yet assertive approach, successfully overseeing portfolios exceeding £1.75m and teams of up to 25 people. I have a proven track record of building and scaling teams, optimising performance by leveraging a mix of employees, freelancers, contractors, and agency partners.
With a background spanning sectors such as health and personal care, beauty, eCommerce, automotive, and B2B services, I bring a wealth of industry knowledge to my role. I pride myself on forging strong client relationships and delivering impactful advice that drives meaningful results for their marketing strategies and overall business success.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management from Bournemouth University. I have completed short courses and training in sales and business development skills, digital anthropology and GA4. I am currently undertaking short courses in deep learning and intermediate French.
