I am a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

I possess a good ability to work very effectively and efficiently under pressure, as part of a team or alone, in fast paced environments.

My previous job roles have all been customer focused roles, with the, customer/client being the main priority of my role.

My years of work experience varies from working in Retail, HR, to and the NHS. Working in these various roles have enabled me to gain a variety of experience but also a great amount of knowledge and skills.

I can also use all Microsoft Office Software including Excel at an advanced level.

I have over 14 years of work experience, from retail to the NHS, within the administrative and customer service sector.

The highest level of my education is secondary school, obtaining 7 GCSES
