I am a motivated and adaptable professional with experience in customer service, administration, hospitality and education. I have a B.Sc. in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and have gained experience working with customers, handling enquiries, managing day-to-day responsibilities and working effectively in fast-paced environments.
I am now looking to build a career in Human Resources and am starting my CIPD Level 3 qualification. I am particularly interested in opportunities such as HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Recruitment Assistant and People/Administration roles, where I can develop practical HR experience while continuing my professional learning.
I am a quick learner, organised, responsible and comfortable communicating with different people. My previous customer service experience has helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
I am currently looking for entry-level or trainee HR opportunities, including volunteering, internships and part-time roles, where I can contribute to an organisation and grow into a successful HR professional.
I worked with Amazon in Customer Service, handling customer enquiries through calls, emails and messages, resolving delivery-related issues and escalating complex cases when required. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, time management and customer-handling skills.
I also gained valuable hospitality experience with Taj Bengal and The Oberoi Grand, where I worked across different hotel departments and developed strong teamwork, organisation and professional communication skills.
Bengal, I received recognition including Best Overall Trainee, Best Trainee and Best in Front Office.
As a teacher at Kidzee, I developed patience, responsibility, communication and organisational skills while working with young children and communicating with parents.
I am now starting my CIPD Level 3 qualification and looking to transition into HR. I am particularly interested in HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Recruitment Assistant, People/HR Coordinator and trainee HR roles.
