I am a highly motivated individual, who is able to keep a clear vision, work to targets and meet changing agendas. I am currently employed in Harrogate ensuring clear communication with students and their families on a daily basis. Providing a high quality of pastoral care and an interactive programme of co-curriculum activities, events, and enrichment opportunities, both on and off site for both boarders and the school community.

My experience to date at all levels as enabled me to develop my pastoral and operational skills and knowledge to ensure I provide best practice to pupils. My positive approach to enabling young people achieve and engage in positive activities outside the classroom creates a positive environment to flourish.

I have knowledge of Operational Roles in a variety of settings, in education.
