I am an inspiring and driven Early Years Teacher with a wealth of experience teaching lower primary years. I am passionate about inclusive education and strive to promote positive learning techniques to ensure that all children are given the best possible opportunity to reach their full potential.

• Planning, preparing and delivering learning activities in accordance with the New National Curriculum that encourage active learning experiences, with clear learning objectives and success criteria that are effectively communicated to the children.
• Utilising questioning techniques, marking, and feedback to support student progress, address knowledge gaps and identify misconceptions.
• Employing Assessment for Learning techniques to plan sequences of lessons that promote progress in all areas of the National Curriculum.
• Employing a range of teaching methods, including relevant technology (such as green screen), and appropriate resources for lessons to motivate and engage students.
• Monitoring individual, group and class performance over a term and using the data to develop action plans for core groups of students.
