I lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing passive candidates, and significantly contributing to business growth. I deliver great customer service to hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in all cases. Duties include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across EMEA and North America.
- Partnering with hiring managers and local office leaders to understand their business needs and creating unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent.
- Partnering with local People Operations (HR) Business Partners on employee agreements,
onboarding, retention, and other People projects.
Working with other TA teammates in APAC and North America on sourcing, branding, diversity,
and other Recruiting projects.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates and connecting them to the right opportunity within the EverCommerce ecosystem.
- Providing end-to-end transparent communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and smooth transitions throughout each stage in the hiring process.
- Ad-hoc projects such as project managing the roll-out of an EOR facility across the organisation.
Senior Account Business Partner

Taking principal responsibility for the timely and effective supply of interim business support candidates to the
Oxford City Council, Oxford Direct Services and Thames Valley Police accounts. I have consistently performed above expectation within this role, delivering over budget even in the face of challenge. Promotion to Senior Account Executive has been approved and is in process.
- Employing a range of methods to attract candidates including advertising, mailshots, database searches and candidate open days.

Coordinating the recruitment service for the Reading Borough Council with responsibility for:
- Candidate attraction including writing engaging adverts for jobs.
- Screening and interviewing candidates and creating a talent pool to supply a variety of roles.
- Compliance administration, such as checking for correct paperwork for candidates and running any additional checks required.
- Liaising with hiring managers to take details of new vacancies and meeting them on site as required.

- Working closely with the Head of Executive Office to support School Governance meetings and activities:
scheduling meetings, logging actions and decisions from key meetings, preparing agendas ahead of meetings, coordinating and circulating papers, communicating with members, including those external to the School.

Intern/Operations Manager
Open Hands Trust, Leicester, August 2011-July 2013
Responsible for managing the processes and administration of a Leicester based charity. Main duties included:
- Administration of Volunteers: oversight of the recruitment process, training materials, CRB checks and rotas for all the different projects run by the Trust.
- Training and Development: running training courses for new volunteers, conducting health and safety presentations and keeping accurate records of course completion.
