• Manage the full NPD lifecycle from concept to delivery, including sampling, testing, pricing, sourcing, buying, artwork and packaging.
• Own the procurement and supply chain logistics for components and free-issue raw materials, including CoA testing process and on-time delivery to the contract manufacturer.
• Maintain and audit Product Information Files (PIFs) and Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR), working with the manufacturer and Responsible Person to maintain UK and EU compliance, including IFRA, CPNP and SCPN requirements.
• Manage D2C and B2B fulfilment workflows using Xero and Shopify, coordinating with the 3PL warehouse through Mintsoft WMS.
• Act as primary contact for global wholesale accounts, managing orders, invoices, shipping, dispatch files and day-to-day account requirements.
• Manage finished-goods and packaging inventory, forecasting to ensure optimum stock levels.
