During my time at Iceland Foods, I spent my time advising & serving customers, processing payments, managing & organising stock, promoting the store loyalty card & special offers, and picking & packing home deliveries. I enjoyed this role as it was face paced and allowed me to carry out different tasks and duties each day.
in my current role at Maria's Bakes, I deal with the public, making and serving orders following their specific requests, handle money & stock, bake and decorate different bakes following instructions from my boss and manage other workers when my boss is not present.
I completed my GCSEs and A-Levels at St Pius X College from the ages of 12-19.
I received 5 A's, 3'Bs and 1C*'s in my GCSEs, these included Maths, English Language, English Literature, Business Studies, Double Award Science, ICT, Religion and History.
In my A-Levels, I received 3 A's in Business Studies, Sociology and Health and Social Care.
I attended The Galway Technical Institute for a year and completed a PLC in Business Studies.
I completed 8 modules, Communications, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Marketing, Payroll, Work Experience, Spreadsheet Methods and Word Processing.
I received 8 distinctions in the modules in this course.
I have received and accepted an offer to attend NUIG to study Arts, starting in September 2022.
