For the past 10 years, I have been working as a Recruitment Consultant at CIP Hamilton Mayday, where I am mainly responsible for the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff. I am also responsible for reviewing job applications, performing background checks and shortlisting candidates, arranging job interviews, conducting health and safety induction prior placements, performing general admin duties, meeting and greeting candidates, answering calls and covering 24hrs on call service. These responsibilities have given me a comprehensive and practical insight into the recruitment process from start to finish.
I have a confident personality and I can proudly say I am an excellent communicator in both oral and written forms and I speak English, Slovak and I have a good understanding of Czech, Polish and Lithuanian language.
I have an university degree in food hygiene and food technology.
