I look forward to bringing my expertise to your team.
Over my 20-year career in education, I have taught in both mainstream primary education and specialist settings, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. I began my SENCO career at a school in Barking and Dagenham, where I later advanced to the position of Primary Principal. During my 7 years there, I focused on enhancing educational outcomes and fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
My experience spans four different local authorities, during which I served as the SENCO for two schools while also supporting improvements in SEN provision at another institution.
I am eager to leverage my expertise and dedication in a new opportunity that allows me to continue making a positive impact in the field of education.
My most recent educational achievement was in 2018 when I completed the NASENCO qualification. Prior to that, I qualified as a teacher in 2012. I hold a 2:1 degree in Facilitating Learning and Development, which I obtained from the University of East London.
