I am a dedicated medical front desk receptionist with more than 6 years of experience including international experience.
I holding good educational qualification wich support this role with over 6 years of experience in this field, I believe my diverse background can significantly contribute to this role. Alongside completing certification in hospitality management and medical coding/billing, I have gained qualification in life skills, personality management, and communicative English. I believe all these qualifications are more helpful for performing the medical receptionist job.
My extensive working experience across different hospitals in multiple countries, coupled with my education are my strong skills. My recent work at Brain and Spine Medcity, a specialized hospital for disabled children and partially or fully paralyzed patients, has enhanced my abilities as a medical front desk receptionist. From my recent working experience i have additionally acquired skills as a support worker.
I am familiar with supporting doctors and nurses in various procedures.This experience in a specialized care setting further strengthens my suitability for the job.
I am well experienced in MS office and IT.
I have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
And I believe that I am completely fit for the receptionist role with many of my skills. For example my desire and ability to takr care of people and to know their needs and problems and to solve them as soon as possible.

I am adept at patient monitoring, documentation, and maintaining records, making me highly effective in the role of receptionist.
