I am a confident and creative individual who is passionate about making a difference. An energetic ambitious individual who is seeking opportunities that will develop my knowledge and skills to build a successful career foundation. I am adaptable and eager to experience new methods and develop new skills to overcome obstacles.

Being highly motivated has enabled me to push myself far and beyond leaving myself open for new and innovative ideas and experiences. I’m a self-motivated individual as well as being a team player, resilient and meticulous when completing tasks.

I have 7 years of experience working within education where I gained a great deal of experience including customer service, managing classrooms and teams, Microsoft Excel, working towards targets and project leading.

I then made a career switch and moved into a more technical role in telecommunications as a fieldnservice technician. I learnt more hands on skills such a troubleshooting, diagnosing andnprovlem sorlving, cabling, networking while all proving excellent customer service.

I have a BSc in Creative Digital Media in which I was exposed to coding, filming, editing, Adobe suite and general knowledge within computers in both Mac and Windows.
