About

I am a friendly, reliable and hardworking individual with a diverse range of experience across childcare and education, customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, reception and community research. I have strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills and am confident working with children, families, customers, colleagues and members of the public from a variety of backgrounds. Through my childcare and education experience, I have supported young children and pupils with special educational needs, helping to create safe, inclusive and positive environments while supporting their learning, development and individual needs.

I am patient, caring and adaptable, with Paediatric First Aid training and a strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries. I also have extensive customer-facing experience, including handling enquiries, processing transactions, resolving complaints, providing product advice and working effectively in busy environments. My administration, reception and community research experience has further developed my ability to manage information accurately, communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships with others.

I am dependable, quick to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team. I am now looking for an opportunity where I can use my transferable skills and experience while continuing to learn, develop and contribute positively to the organisation.
