I am currently employed as Front of House Supervisor at The Machrihanish Golf Club, since opening our new premises in 2021. Having over 10 years working in the hospitality industry, previously working for Machrihanish Dunes in the Royal Hotel and Ugadale Hotel, I have gained skills in customer service and staff management, as well as gaining confidence working on computers, creating rotas, using excel to build spreadsheets, emailing customers and suppliers and creating flyers and posters. I have worked hard on building a reputation of being hard working, loyal, enthusiastic and willing to take on challenges.
I am keen to learn new things and further develop my skills and knowledge. In my spare time I am working my way through the ‘Ultimate Admin Diploma’ with the New Skills Academy. This consists of 6 seperate courses. 2 of which I have already completed, gaining certificates for the ‘Level 3 Admin, PA and Secretarial Diploma’ and ‘Level 2 & 3 Customer Services Diploma’.
