I am a dedicated professional with more than fifteen years of experience in different fields of client facing customer service and hospitality. Adept at handling difficult situations and taking on challenging requests, and experience in roles that require physical fitness and manual labour. I can stay calm and assist my colleagues in a busy environment very well.

I am also good at sorting out IT related software/hardware issues, office skills, excellent verbal and written communication, people skills both written and face to face. Open to change, and a fast learner.

Worked in different fields of hospitality, luggage porter, receptionist, waiter, concierge. I have worked in fields which require driving, removal services, delivery services. I have also experience in an office environment, very good IT skills and telephony services, and call centre experience.

Studied Biology and Physics on high level in high school, and attended to college, which I had to leave and start working instead due to financial difficulties.
