Most recent position was working with the reception team at a busy Sports Injury clinic. Answering calls with queries and booking appointments, taking payments, opening and closing the clinic when needed, liaising with the practitioners within the clinic to ensure their appointments ran smoothly and on time.
Prior to working at the clinic, I have been a Team Leader within a direct sales organisation, Account Mansger for software sales and a Project Leader for implementing software solutions.
