I am a hard-working and driven individual and I enjoy learning new skills and knowledge. The progress I have made during my education has been due to my hard work and proactive nature. I have the resilience to overcome many challenges and I am always punctual with my attendance.

Outside of my studies, I have a wealth of experience with voluntary work through my volunteering with British Heart Foundation for nearly 2 years. I am passionate about retail and developing skills in excellent customer service. At the British Heart Foundation Dewsbury branch, I have worked in both customer and non-customer facing roles working with volunteers and staff.

My role involves stock organisation, serving customers at the till and preparing stock to be displayed. During high school, I assisted with school open days which developed my communication skills because I guided and interacted with parents and children. As part of the BTEC Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Business, I have taken part in organising a fundraising event where I acted as team leader as part of a small team of four and developed my leadership and problem solving skills.
