Working as a hotel receptionist is a dynamic and fulfilling role where I am the initial point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile, I make them feel at home and ensure their first impression of the hotel is a positive one.

Currently pursuing a captivating blend of French studies and Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde. This unique academic path has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I am eager to apply in a practical setting.
