Working within a private members club environment has given me extensive experience in bar service, events support, and member engagement. As a bartender, I have developed strong skills in drink preparation, bar service, and maintaining high standards of customer experience. I am responsible for opening and closing the bar, cashing up at the end of the night, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked and well organised.
I regularly work alongside the events team to set up and deliver large scale member events, providing efficient food and beverage service in a fast paced environment. Roehampton club is a private members club with sport and leisure facilities, allowing me to interact with a wide and diverse range of members which has definitely boosted my confidence in speaking to people. I have built close professional relationships with regular members, several of whom have provided positive feedback.
I consistently work well under pressure and handle stress effectively during busy service periods and large events.

Working here, I gained extensive experience in catering and hospitality, enhancing my problem solving and communication skills.
Not long after, I got promoted to 'Buddy Trainer,' being responsible for training new staff, maintaining company standards, and acting as a liaison between employees and management. I built strong relationships with colleagues, demonstrating leadership potential and reliability.

I contributed to the smooth operation of Bedhead Football Club during the summer break by assisting the Office Manager. I was responsible for registering new players by accurately entering their details into the system. Supported by organising over 400 kits. the organisation of football kits for approximately 400 children for the upcoming season.
Additionally, volunteered during the clubs 5K fun run, providing refreshments, distributing registration numbers and offering support to participants and spectators. I developed strong organisational and teamwork skills in a fast paced environment.
Junior hairdresser - Paul K Hairdressing

As a junior hairdresser, I was responsible for greeting clients, washing and drying hair, and maintaining the cleanliness of the salon.
