I am responsible, always punctual and well organised. Having previously undertaken an internal management programme I have held postions of trust, including Duty Manager and now Lettings manager.
I hold a full UK driving licence and have my own car.
I have always been in customer survive roles, currently hold the position of Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Lister, this role includes dealing with all tenant enquiries for properties to let. I take responsibility for the production and management of marketing adverts and the creation of brochures for all existing properties. I undertake all viewings with potential tenants as well as tenant referencing.
Due to the recent change of ownership my role has been expanded. I am also working within a business development capacity and am responsible for bringing on a minimum of
5 new properties under full management pcm.
I must pro-actively search for potential leads which I then engage with, aiming to onboard and convert to new landlords. On an ongoing basis I manage the existing landlord relationships, which includes landlord compliance, logging data and producing reports to analyse and carry out Market Appraisals. I utilise this information to help sell the HJ brand,
reinforcing our position and reputation in the marketplace.
