Bethany Riecken

I am currently taking a gap year and actively seeking opportunities in retail and customer service. Through my volunteering at a charity shop and an animal rescue centre, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and organisation skills. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments, helping customers, and being part of a team. I am motivated, reliable, and always willing to learn and take on new challenges.

• Volunteered at a charity shop (Mercy in Action), assisting customers, organising stock, and maintaining the shop floor
• Volunteered at an animal rescue centre (Animals in Need), helping with animal care, cleaning, and daily tasks
• Completed work experience alongside a psychologist, gaining insight into communication, professionalism, and confidentiality

From 2018-2023 I was in education at Weavers Academy where I studied English Literature (5), English language (6), foundation maths (5), Double science (7-7), Textiles (5), History (7), Digital IT (Level 2 Distinction) and Business enterprise (Level 2 Merit). From 2023-2025 I was in education at Wollaston Sixth Form College where I studied Psychology (A) Biology (C) and Sociology (A)
