I am currently taking a gap year and actively seeking opportunities in retail and customer service. Through my volunteering at a charity shop and an animal rescue centre, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and organisation skills. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments, helping customers, and being part of a team. I am motivated, reliable, and always willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Experience

Volunteered at a charity shop (Mercy in Action), assisting customers, organising stock, and maintaining the shop floor
Volunteered at an animal rescue centre (Animals in Need), helping with animal care, cleaning, and daily tasks
