I am a highly motivated and versatile individual with a passion for achieving excellence in everything I do. With a growth mindset and a natural curiosity, I am constantly seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am adept at adapting to new challenges.

I am currently working on my Level 3 CIPD qualification, that I am due to finish in August. I am passionate about personal development; I continuously strive to improve myself both personally and professionally. I take ownership of my work and approach each task with a strong sense of accountability.

I am open to feedback and actively seek opportunities for self-improvement.

I am ambitious, friendly, efficient, trustworthy, and focused. I am an excellent team player and will work hard to achieve objectives and goals and always go the extra mile to do this. I am keen to continue learning and would be enthusiastic to achieve new skills at the same time as gaining practical experience.

I have worked in Insurance for the last 2 years within the HR department. I am currently a HR administrator and support all teams within HR, I mainly work with the learning and development team and recruitment team. However I also work closely with the HR business partners.

After A levels I went straight into a role at my current company where I completed my CIPD.
