I have been working in Human Resources since 2022, following my return to full-time work after a career break. Over the past few years, I have developed a deep passion for HR and have thrived in roles that emphasise people-focused initiatives. I began my journey as an HR Coordinator , where I quickly demonstrated my capabilities and progressed to leading my team. This advancement led me to assume the role of HR Lead, a position that includes being an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. In my current capacity, I oversee the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing key areas such as payroll, health and safety, and IT.
This multifaceted role allows me to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.
