About

I am a proactive and dependable professional with experience in administration and customer service, alongside experience in hospitality. I enjoy planning and organising and take pride in making sure things are prepared properly and nothing gets overlooked. My experience has involved coordinating multiple projects, managing detailed information and supporting customers throughout their journey.

I am confident working independently and as part of a team, and I am comfortable taking responsibility for my own workload. I communicate well with customers, colleagues and external organisations and remain professional when dealing with queries or changing requirements. I am confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office and am quick to learn new systems and processes.

I am now looking to bring my existing experience into the weddings and events industry. I would welcome the opportunity to learn from an experienced team while developing within the role and contributing my administrative and customer service skills.
