Capello Renovations is a small company specializing in flooring & carpet solutions. Managed a small team of carpet and flooring fitters working on both domestic and commercial projects across the Netherlands. From small 1-day jobs to large multi-faceted projects.
My role was to optimize both human and equipment resources, Purchasing and sales to ensure the company ran as efficiently as possible. As a small enterprise, the role often involved being hands on with day to day projects including directly installing flooring and window coverings.

Responsible for running all aspects of the business for the owners.
- Reduced the company's food and beverage costs by 7% within my first 12 months of employment.
- Maintained cost of sales by managing stock levels, orders, stocktaking; consistently exceeding targets.
- Setup accurate recipe costing matrix for all menu items.
- Managed and directed a team of up to 40 staff, serving 900 covers daily during season, including high profile guests.
